open angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension and those with chronic open
angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension associated with pseudoexfoliation
or pigment dispersion. Options for pharmacological, surgical, laser and
complimentary or alternative treatments are considered in terms of
clinical effectiveness and cost effectiveness
